Accomodations and Pricing

Rangali Island has 8 different Villa types.

* Extra person Spa Water Villa: adult US$ 300. This supplement includes an additional US $100 spa credit per day for all seasons.
** Spa Water Villa rate includes: accommodation in a luxurious Spa Water Villa for two people including breakfast in Mandhoo Spa Restaurant, Atoll Market Restaurant or Vilu Restaurant; $200 Spa credit per villa per day to be used for any treatment or products at the Spa Retreat or Over water Spa (unused credit will not be re-funded);  fresh fruit basket replenished daily; lifestyle and wellness consultation on arrival day; use of gymnasium. All guests staying in a Spa Water Villa must be 12 years and over. Please note that only a limited number of treatments are suitable for guests between 12 and less than 16 years old and the treatments will be arranged in the privacy of their own treatment room of their villa. Due to medical safety reasons no spa treatments (excluding manicure and pedicures) can be offered for pregnant women in their first trimester and only limited treatments are available thereafter.

Check In / Check Out / Pre-registration / Late Check Out Information

• Check-in time: 1400hrs / Check-out time: 12:00 noon.
• Where possible, early morning arrivals may be able to check in prior to 1400hrs. In order to guarantee an early check in, pre-registration of previous night’s accommodation is required.
• A late check-out (until 1800hrs) can be arranged by booking an additional night’s stay.

Rate Notes & Restrictions

• Please note that a tourism goods and services tax of 3.5% as well as a 10% service charge applies to all room rates, supplement charges, goods and services provided or bought at the resort. Bed tax is US$ 8 per person per night. Rates
are subject to change without prior notice.
• Seaplane rates are subject to increase if fuel surcharge is imposed.
• All room rates are per villa per night and include buffet breakfast at either Atoll Market Restaurant or Vilu Restaurant for all villa types, except Spa Water Villa guests who are also entitled to breakfast at Mandhoo Spa Restaurant.
• All other supplements are per person per night and subject to 10% service charge.
• Guests staying 24 Dec 2010 – 15 Jan 2011 must stay a minimum of seven nights.
• Infant: up to two years, child: two to 11 years, adult: 12 years and over.
• All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card. The resort accepts: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and JCB.
• Credits apply at other restaurants for guests booked on Half Board basis.

Villa Occupancy Information:

• Sunset Water Villas (two bedrooms): maximum occupancy of four adults + two extra beds for adults or children (six people: adults or children).
• Spa Water Villas and any Water Villas categories: maximum occupancy of three adults. No children of less than 12 years old are allowed in any Water Villa categories, except Sunset Water Villas.
• Beach Villas and Deluxe Beach Villas: maximum occupancy of three adults (incl. one extra bed) or two adults and two children (incl. two extra beds or one extra bed and one baby cot).
• Guests 12 years and over will be charged at adult room and meal rates.

Cancellation / No Show Policy (applies to all villa types except Sunset Water Villa – see below)

• Cancellation within 30 days of arrival: 25% of the booked room nights will be charged.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival: 50% of the booked room nights will be charged.
Cancellation within seven days prior to arrival: 100% of the booked room nights will be charged plus one way seaplane transfer for the booked guests.

Sunset Water Villa Booking Procedures & Conditions:

• A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the accommodation charge is required 90 days prior to arrival. For bookings made less than 90 days before arrival, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the accommodation charge must be received within 72hrs.
• 30 days prior to arrival, a full non-refundable prepayment of remaining accommodation charge is required.
For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, a non-refundable deposit of 100% of the accommodation charge must be received within 72hrs.
